21 June is celebrated as International Yoga Day. It aims to promote physical and mental well-being, reduce stress, and increase flexibility and enhanced overall health.
Joy enthusiastically celebrated International Yoga Day today. The event was conducted by the school yoga instructor, Dr. Anurag Srivastava, who led the teachers and NCC students through a series of yoga asanas and breathing exercises.
It began with a warm welcome followed by an introduction to the significance of yoga and its benefits. Dr. Srivastava expertly guided the participants through various yoga poses, emphasizing proper technique and breathing. The NCC students actively participated, showcasing their discipline and focus.
The Principal, Mrs Rashmi Mishra Madam and Major Tanay Maben showed keen interest by actively participating and performing various asanas alongside the students and teachers.
